I have assembled a team of Chefs, Servers and Bartenders that will provide you with the personalized treatment and gourmet service that you could only expect in fine dining establishments. With our combined and extensive experience in some of the best restaurants in the DC Metro area and in France, your event will play out beautifully. Every event will be personalized to your tastes - all in the comfort of your own home, office, or any location of your choice.

First, I will conduct a personal assessment/kitchen inspection to learn about your party theme preferences. Then, I will develop a Menu Proposal, essentially a personalized menu from which to choose your dishes for your special event. The proposal is based on our initial event discussion and ingredient availability.

I will prepare delicious food ahead of time for you to simply heat and serve to your guests or, I will provide a full-service catering experience where I am there to serve the food, and of course, to clean up afterwards - allowing you to relax and enjoy your party.

I shop at only the best grocery and small market purveyors in the DC Metro area - Balducci's, Whole Foods, Yes Market, A. Litteri, The Organic Butcher of McLean Baldor Foods and a few select small markets including the Amish Markets in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Over the years, I have cultivated a grocer-to-client relationship with the store managers, produce managers and meat managers, helping me to bring you the best ingredients and products that each store carries.
